Corporate Investigations.

I am a man of Integrity and honesty. I have owned two of my own businesses which were very successful.

I have 14 years of working as a fraud investigator and received Investigator of the year in 2006.

Internal Theft: I conducted an investigation for a Cabinet Company who estimated they were losing close to a million dollars a year. The employees worked in the field and claimed to work several hours of overtime per day. They didn’t even work a full 8 hours during their shifts. I was also able to prove the supervisor was in on the scam.

Results

1. I gave them enough evidence to terminate and prosecute 10 employees and one supervisor, with in five weeks time.

2. I worked with their Human resources and we wrote new policy and procedures to help prevent future problems, and make it easier to terminate employees who were fraudulent in the future.

Distribution Center:

I handled a similar case for a company that had their own driver’s who delivered out of state. They had several drivers who were claiming to be stuck in traffic and would charge the company 4 hours of overtime each trip.

Results

1.Video of the Driver stopping in a rest stop placing cardboard across the windshield so, he could sleep for two hours. Subject then stopped again on the way back after his delivery at a relative’s house for two hours.

2. I also assisted in writing new policy for that company to expedite the termination process.

Hospital Security and Training:

A catholic Hospital hired me after a nurse was raped in a restroom.

I was hired to train the entire hospital Self Defense and revamp the security department.

Results

1. Trained any person who wanted it in self defense and awareness.

2. Spent four months writing and implementing new policy and procedures.

3. Terminated 1/3 of the department and hired new employees.

4. All security personnel were updated to state law requirements.
