CRIMINAL DEFENSE
My investigations and Testimony have resulted in people being released from Jail or Prison. I have been successful in obtaining either lower sentences or charges dropped and released in lots of cases and I will list a few of them for your review.

Case 1: This case involved a fishing expedition by police officers. It resulted in an illegal arrest, police misconduct, and the client was looking at life in prison. RESULTS plead guilty to a Misdemeanor, filed a civil suit and a substantial settlement for the client.

Case 2: This case involved two girls accusing my client of rape. He was looking at 76 years in prison. Results he still had sex with a minor and he recieved 3 yrs but he had already been in jail so he was released.

Case 3: This case involved an assault inside prison where my client was accused of a serious assault on another inmate. He was looking at LIfe in Prison. Results: I was able to prove that some employees had to be involved in the assault not my client. Charges dropped and released from jail with no prison time.
