Surveillance

The fourteen years I spent as a Welfare Fraud Investigator prepared me for working cases involving surveillance issues. I spent literally thousands of hours working surveillance to obtain evidence in those cases.

I have conducted internal fraud investigations for several companies and have included a message I received from them after the investigation was complete.

Cabinet Company: Our Company was losing a million dollars a year from employees falsifying time sheets. We hired Mr. Smith for a six week surveillance of our employees. This was an investigation involving 10 employees and one supervisor. The surveillance involved several thousand miles of rolling surveillance and stationary surveillance at construction sites. Mr. Smith’s ability to think out side the box was essential. He needed to blend in with the other construction workers, and inspectors. Mr. Smith gave our company enough information to terminate one supervisor and ten employees. Domestic Case: I hired Mr. Smith explained in every day language what the investigation would entail. He also showed us empathy during this very sensitive time in my life.

Mr. Smith and his team of investigators followed my spouse for three separate weekends and helped me obtain the information I needed for my divorce. I know that I didn’t really need to catch her cheating but it gave me closure, and subsequently I was able to file for divorce. His evidence also helped me with Child custody issues.
